Director of Nursing Operations

Overview:
The Director of Nursing Operation (DNO) supports the Chief Nursing Officer and Nursing Directors with developing departmental budgets, financial and productivity montoring and management systems to improve financial performance. The DNO directs and maintains a nursing service program to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. The Centers for Medicare in Medicaid Conditions of Participation) and assists with the development of policies and procedures. Performs as an established member of the nursing structure, assisting in the development and implementation of professional standards for various components of the nursing service.
Qualifications:
1. Demonstrates ability in domain of nursing practice.
2. Demonstrates leadership/managerial skill, which includes interpersonal competence, organizational skills, financial management, personnel management, hardiness and adaptability.
3. Demonstrated leadership/managerial ability which includes communication skills, organization expertise and problem solving ability.
Certification/License:
1. Current Maine R.N. licensure
2. Master's degree required; either Bachelors or Master's degree must be in nursing.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
