Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting and assisting Sales Managers with increasing sales and penetration of new business within the assigned territory. Some positions require regular evening hours, based on assigned territory. Specific Responsibilities Include: Process incoming sales orders into Navision, and follow up with brokers and/or customers on pending issues. Develop and maintain Sales Manager relationships to help increase sales and meet territory goals by providing proactive service (i.e. receipt of new catalog, receipt status of shipment) introduction of new products and marketing/merchandise suggestions. Conduct sales analysis of territory (i.e., by broker, account, product line, sales program) to proactively identify and act upon trends and opportunities to maximize sales opportunities Support Sales Managers participation in regional trade shows, customer demonstrations as well as jam tours within the territory. Conduct telemarketing calls within territory to meet goals established by Regional Sales Manager (i.e. upsell opportunity based on the selling season, introduction of new products or promotional opportunities, etc.) Process sales leads into CRM system (i.e. from trade shows, prospecting or catalog requests) in order to convert those leads into new accounts. Proactively manage customer complaints and provide solutions to problems, (i.e. incorrect items received, damaged shipment shipping costs, shelf life, etc.) Manage customer feedback through the Tool in order to centralize wholesale product and service inquiries. Education, Experience & Skills: BA or equivalent experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills 3 + years customer service/sales experience, preferably in consumer goods market Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred), specifically spreadsheet applications

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
